The Newport waterfront is once again transformed into Nightmare Landing. America's premier Haunted Steamboat, the USS Nightmare prepares for its 18th haunting season. Come aboard if you dare to experience Halloween fun as the River's most notorious spirits return for the 2009 season.
New for 2009 is the addition of the Nightmare Landing Barge. The new enclosed area features an expanded concessions area, an arcade game room and the ALL NEW LASER RAGE - the area's only floating laster tag arena! The NEW Landing will add FUN and EXCITEMENT to a spook-filled night of seasonal entertainment for the whole family.
Beginning with a seasonal grand opening weekend on September 18 and 19, the USS Nightmare, one of the areas highest rated and longest haunted attractions will once again feature some fright seekers' favorites. After the opening weekend, the USS Nightmare will be also be open Wednesday through Sunday from September 25 through November 1.
